I.緒言
The auther herein presents a case of keratoconus posticus associated with a wide-scoped detachment and deficiency of the Descemet's membrane caued by the use of forceps at the birth of the case—a boy of 8 years who was brought to our clinic with the main complaint of impaired sight.
In this case, the Descemet's membrane was almost entirely detached from the posterior surface of the cornea along a circular outline and standing off sail-wise free in the ante-rior chamber, with a hole at the center.
