  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

A case of Oguchi's disease, to whom adaptinol (10 mg. daily, total 620 mg.) was given orally for 62 days, was reported. At the early stage of the dosage, the primary dark adap-tation underwent recognizable improvement, and after several intervals, the secondary dark adaptation was also improved to some extent. On the contrary, Adaptinol seemed to have only a little effect on the visual acuity and almost no effect both on the visual field and Mizuo-Nakamura's Phenomenon.
