肝性夜盲に対するAdaptinolの効果

Effect of Adaptinol (Bayer) on hepatical night-blindness

I．緒言

　肝疾患に夜盲を来すことはBamberger （1885）以来既に諸氏の報告がある。しかしその頻度は比較的少いものとされている^4）。私は夜盲を主訴とする肝疾患の一症例に，内科で入院治療の労ら，Adaptinolを投与して経過観察する機会を得たので報告する。

A case aged 37 of hepatical night-blindness, diagnosed chronic hepatitis internally, was treated by Adaptinol (Bayer) 10mg daily for 69 days combined liver-therapy.

His dark-adaptation was observed 4 times, 1 was pre-and the others 3 were post-applica-tion, through treated 4 months.

After treatment, his complaint of night-blindness disapeared and his dark-adaptation improved excellently, but his hepatical condi-tion developed to liver-cirrhosis after 17 months.
