実験トラコーマに関する研究—トラコーマの病因及び感染性について

On experimental trachoma:phathogenity and infectionsness of trachoma

緒言

　トラコーマの接種実験に就ては1881年Sattler^1）の報告以来現在迄，内外に多数の研究が行われている処であるが，特に慢性トラコーマの接種実験の結果に就て一致を見ない点がある。

　即ち戦前，石原元東大教授一門の人々に依つて行われた一連の接種実験に於て，青木，清水^2）氏は陳旧は定型的トラコーマ17例を健康結膜に接種，全例が発病したと述べておる。

Inoculative experiments have been performed on 12 cases to know the pathogenity and the infectiousness of trachoma. Only a case inoculated with acute trachoma with showed positive reaction of prowazek microbody had an attack of disease and 11 cases inoculated with chronic trachoma had not onset at all. The accepted report that the inoculation of typical chronic trachoma, at least inoculation of trachoma showing negative reaction of Prowazek microbody, causes onset without fail seems not to be right. The results are asfoll ows.

1. Trachoma is mostly no infectious, so most of trachoma need not be considered as the cause of infection.
