トラコーマと濾胞

Tracoma and Follicles

　トラコーマの診断には，プ氏小体，乳頭，濾胞又は顆粒，結膜混濁，瘢痕及びパンヌスが重要視されているが本日は濾胞を取りあげてトラコーマとの関聯について考究してみたいと思う。

　元来，濾胞と云う名称は結膜の或種の変化に対して，肉眼的立場から与えられたものであるから，我々の眼に写つた像が似てさえおれば，無差別的にどれもこれも濾胞と呼ばれて来た嫌いがある。

Slit-lamp observation made possible the new classification on the follicles. Macroscopically, so-called follicles were divided into genuine follicles and pseudofollicles on the slit-lamp obser-vation from the difference of ramification of blood vessels in them. (Fig.1, A and Fig.1,B) Both are quite different histologically and essentially, only they show simillar appearances on macroscopic views.
