諸種眼疾患のLysozyme

Lysozyme in the various ophthalmic diseases

緒言

　最近吾々は涙液減少によると思える特異な眼変化が多いことに気付き，Conjunctivitis de squ-amativa （仮称）の存在，ならびにKeratoconj．epid．の場合のKeratitis punctataと涙液減少との密接な関連性など特に興味ある事実を認めたので，涙液減少症を綜合的に検討する必要性を痛感している^1）2）3）。そのためには当然，涙液の性状を調べるべきであろうが，今回はLysozymeについて検討した。

Author have noticed the increase of peculiar anormaly which may be caused by the de-crease of tear. The interesting facts as existence of conjunctivitis desquamativa (a ten-tative name) and a close relation between keratitis punctata and decrease of tear in ke-ratoconjunctivitis epidemica were observed, so the authors insisted the necessity of syn-thetic discussion of the case of tear decrease. In this report lysozyme was determined. The tear of healthy man, of the case of keratoconj. epid., of trachoma, of squamous ble-pharitis (a tentative name), of vernal conjunctivitis, of superficial diffuse keratitis, etc.
