緒言
最近濾紙電気泳動が広く応用され,体液蛋白の研究は著しく発展しつつあるが,角膜可溶性蛋白に関する報告は甚だ少ない。
小林1)は濾紙電気泳動法によつて家兎角膜蛋白の分劃を試み,Albumin (Al),alpha 2 Globulin(α2Gl),beta Globulin (βGl),及びgamma Glob-ulin (γGl)位の易動度を有する4分屑と,易動度が血清蛋白分屑の何れにも相当しない3分屑を得たとしている。しかしFielding等2)は5分屑に分離し,各分屑の易動度についても異つた見解を述べている。
Rabbit's cornea was inoculated with vaccinia virus manufactured for immunizatioagainst small pox.
pH 8.6 soluble proteins of infected cornea were separated at pH 8.6 by paper-electro-phoresis and relationship between electrophoretic pattern and immunity was studied.
1) pH 8.6 soluble proteins of normal rabbit's cornea were composed of seven fractions (Fraction Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ and Ⅶ). Fractions Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ, and Ⅴ travelled with the same mobility as that of albumin, α2 globulin, β globulin, and γ globulin respectively.
2) From the early stage of vaccinia keratitis, α1 globulin appeared between Fraction Ⅰ and Ⅱ.
