2，3のアレルギー性眼疾患に対する5-Oxin錠の併用効果

On Combined Effects of 5 Oxin Tablet in the Treatment of Allergic Eye Diseases.

緒言

　必須アミノ酸の一つであるトリプトフアンの中間代謝産物たるアントラニール酸及び5-オキシアントラニール酸が種々の生理作用や薬理作用を有することが次第に明らかになつており，眼科領域ではその製剤である5-Oxin錠が，飯沼氏，清水氏等によつて原発性緑内障に有効であると報告されているが，私共は曩に中心性漿液性網脈絡膜炎に著効を呈したことを報告した。そこで私共は更にゾンネボード製薬から5-Oxin錠の提供を受けて，これがアレルギー性眼疾患に如何に作用するかに興味を持ち，数種のアレルギー性眼疾患に使用した結果，著効をみとめるものがあつたので再び報告するものである。

5-Oxin table (internally 6 tablets a day) was jointly used for 3 to 8 days in the treatment of 45 cases of allergic eye diseases-phlyctenular conjunctivitis and corneitis, neuro-allergic conjunctivitis, medical allergic blepharo-conjunctivitis, vernal conjunctivitis, corneitis, central-serons retinochoroiditis etc.

It was effective on the 38 cases (84.4%), and there was not only little ill effects on all the cases in this amount of reagent which was used in the studies, but observed a remar-kable improvement of appitite.
