多発硬化症候群の1例について

On a case of the multiple sclerosis syndrome

緒言

　近年本邦に於ても多発硬化が注意せられて来たように思われる。之が従来稀と考えられていた理由が何にあるにせよ，多発硬化の診断は一部の識者が行われる程容易ではないのではあるまいか。私共は最近多発硬化が充分に疑われたが，多発硬化症候群と見る他はない一例を経験したので其の症例を報告し，併せて多発硬化の診断をめぐつて多発性脱髄症候群の呼称が適当ではないか卑見を述べる次第である。

The authors reported a case of multiple sclerosis. Case : 30 years old female. She was complaint of the various signs of the centric nerve similar to the multiple sclersis.

It was regarded as disseminated encephalomyelitis of demylinating disease.
