匐行性角膜潰瘍の1例

A Case of Serpiginous Corneal Ulcer

　匐行性角膜潰瘍は農村等で慢性涙嚢炎のある人には稀ならず見られるものであるが，著者は最近角膜異物に続発した極めて重篤なる匐行性角膜潰瘍の一例に遭遇したのでここに報告する。

Serpiginus corneal ulcer often complicates with chronic dacryocystitis in rural districts. However the author met with the serious case of a man aged 33 in Tokyo which followed the removal of a corneal foreign body. We should be careful of the removal of a corneal foreign body, the disinfection and its aftertreatment.
