視力視野の改善を見た結核性播種性脈絡網膜萎縮の1例

A case of tuberculous disseminated chorioretinal atrophy which has improved in visual acuity and field

緒言

　脈絡膜の慢性粟粒結核とも称すべき結核性播種性脈絡網膜炎に就ては，少なからずその臨床的記載を見るが，その諸症状の軽快治癒を報じた陳旧症例は対結核化学療法の発達しつつある今日と云えどもその報告は余り多くない。然も最近ストレプトマイシン等の対結核化学療法には余り反応を示さず，むしろ従来の転調療法を長期に且り根気よく併用し，顕著な諸症状の改善を見たやや陳旧な結核性播種性脈絡網膜炎の興味ある症例を観察し得たので茲にその大要を報告する。

A patient was 28 years old female. Grayish whitish chorioretinal atrophic foci, conglutina-ted each other like a map, spread all over the left eye-ground. In the right eye-ground the same foci scattered like stepping-stones. The location of those atrophic foci had no distinct relation to the direction of retinal vessels and slight increase of grayish-black pigments were observed. And the subjective symptoms were visual disturbance, fogging, scotoma vision and metamorphopsia. Those symptoms were diagnosed as slight obsolete tuberculous disseminated chorioretinitis.
