網膜電流に就いて—補遣 其の二

第1章　緒言

　さきに著者は人生体眼に於ける網膜活動電流に就き，其の基礎的，臨床的研究結果を総括し，或は特異的なるものに就き実験結果を述べて来たが本稿に於ては小口氏病の網膜活動電流に就き述べたいと考える。

　周知の如く，小口氏病は明治39年小口忠太教授が発見報告以来，明暗順応時に於ける特異な眼底変化（中村—水尾氏現象）と暗順応経過曲線の特徴とに依り諸学者の注目するところとなり，幾多の研究がなされているが，其の本態は今尚推論の域を脱しない。

We got the E.R.G. in the light-adaptation time and in the dark adaptation time of 4 eyes of Oguchi's Disease. We reasoned from our curves of the E.R.G. that Oguchi's Disease results not from the functional disorder of the cell of rods itsefl but from disorders in the conductive course from the cell of rods to thevisual center.
