結膜嚢内分泌物のリゾチームの実験的研究

The experimental Study on Conjunctival Intracapsular Secreta Lisozym

緒言

　前眼部は，空気中に曝露せられているので直接的に数多くの細菌侵入の門戸となる。而して，涙液は，多数の細菌を機械的に洗い出すのみならず，或る程度の殺菌作用を具備しそれに依り細菌の発育を或る程度阻止するものと考えられた。此の非特異性溶菌作用の存在を発見したのは，A．Flemming　＆　Allison （1922）である。彼は鼻汁唾液卵白等にもこれを認め此の物質を始めて「リゾチーム」と名付けた。扨て，溶菌性酵素「リゾチーム」（以下「リ」と略す）の研究ば，A．Fle-mming^9）（1922）以来K．　Meyer，Anderson，Findlay^1）等が行つているが，本邦に於ける臨床的分野では，耳鼻科領域に於ける穏明寺氏^11）の研究を見るのみで，眼科領域では未だその業績はないのである。

　今回，私等は，健康群，トラコーマ群，瘢痕性トラコーマ群，眼瞼結膜炎群，春季カタル群，流行性角結膜炎群，角膜疾患群，涙器疾患群の結膜嚢内分泌物の「リ」量を調査し少しく知見を得たので，茲に発表する次第である。

Using our own method (instilling method of Micrococccus lysodeikticus) which we consi-dered as the best for investigating conjunctival intracapsular secreta Lysozym of various ocular diseases and the normal eye at present, we got the following results:

1) The coujunctival intracapsular secreta of the normal eye shows a powerful action of Lysozym.

2) Lysozym roncentrations of cicatrical Trachoma, vernal conjunctivitis, diseases of la-chrymal apparatus, epidemic keratoconjunctivitis and corneal diseases are lower than that of the normal eye.
