春季カタル患者の鼻粘膜に就いて

Nasal mucosa of patients of vernal conjunctivitis

1．緒言

　春季カタルの本態に就いては結膜のアレルギー性炎症説は異論のないところである。私共はそのアレルゲンに獣いて花粉を最も有力なるものとし種々実験を重ねた結果，又全国の本患者の統計を観察した結果，花粉感作説は最早確定的のものであるとの結論に達した。其後花粉感作説の基盤をなすものに当然体質の問題を取上げねばならないが此のグレンツゲビートの一つとして鼻粘膜の態度を究明することになつた。花粉感作が結膜粘膜のみに限局すると言う考えはおかしなことで当然他の粘膜殊に近接臓器として鼻粘膜等の所見を究明することが花粉感作説を側面より説明することになるのである。春季カタルの文献中扁桃腺等の所見を調査したものはあるが，鼻粘膜それ自身を問題にしたものはない。私共は春季カタル患者17例の鼻粘膜を調査して聊か成績を得たので報告する次第である。

We found out 12 cases of which nasal mucosus excreta was contained with eosinophile cells from examining 17 cases of vernal conjunctivitis. 5 cases had the nasal mucosus view of light congested edema. Any other remarkable views were not noticed on the nasal mu-cosa. That is, vernal conjunctivitis scarecely shows nasal mucosus views. It may be concluded from these facts that the coujunctiva and the nasal mucosa should be sensitized at the same time, and that allergen should be pollen.
