リゾチーム過敏症の症例について

A DRUG ALLERGY DUE TO LYSOZYME PREPARATIONS

　I．はじめに

　最近酵素製剤が開発され，臨床的にも広く用いられ，多くの報告が発表されるようになつた。しかしこれらの製剤は蛋白質で抗原性を持ち，抗原抗体反応の発生も予想され，副作用についての検討も当然必要であつたと思われるが，この点についての報告はほとんど存在していなかつた。われわれは副鼻腔炎の治療にリゾチーム製剤の局所使用を行ない，過敏症状を呈した症例に遭遇した。これは治療の経過中に発生したリゾチーム抗体とのアレルギー反応によるものと考えられるので，その経過と検査成績について報告する。

　Infusion treatment of lysozyme preparation into the maxillary sinus for chronic inflammation provoked an allergic symptom at the third sitting which was about 40 days after the first treatment. The patient was especially fond of eggs but he has had no sign of allergy. previously, However, with allergic tests the patient was positive towards egg-white and strongly positive towards lysozyme preparations. Other laboratory tests such as immunoelectrophoretic analysis, serum protein fraction and histopathological investigation on the mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus failed to reveal any significant change.
