（7）体位変動の網膜黄斑部毛細管血圧に及ぼす影響—第2報 側臥位に於ける影響

I．緒言

　内視現象を応用して正常者の網膜黄斑部毛細血管圧（以下mcpと略記）を測定し，之が体位変動として椅坐位より水平仰臥位及び水平腹臥位に転じた時の影響に就いては第1報（日眼60巻10号）として発表した所であるが，今回は更に正常者に就いて椅坐位より水平右側臥位及び水平左側臥位に転じた時のmcpの影響に就いて成績を得たので第1報の体位変動の成績と比較検討し，茲に第2報として報告する。

　猶mcp測定法に就いては前回第1報に述べた如く，眼球加圧に依る内視小光点運動の緩徐になる点及び停止する瞬間の点とをそれぞれ最小圧，最大圧として行つた。

Macular capillary pressure 〔mcp〕 of the normal subject was measured by the applicationof an endoptic phenomenon.In this report, 40 normal eyes were investigated about the influ-ence after 15 minutes from postural changes (from sitting position to sidewise position).

1) Sitting position 40 minutes after right sidewise position ; Both ocular tension and mcp showed a significant rise in the lower eye. Both ocular tension and mcp of the lower eye had been higher than values of the upper eye.

2) Sitting position 15 minutes after left sidewise position. Both ocular tension and mcp showed a significant rise in the lower eye.
