移植眼球における瞳孔の対光反応に関する一実験

One experiment on the pupillary movement at the transplanted eye-ball

I．緒言

　古くから眼球移植の問題については多くの研究者（Ruggers，Pardo，Zervos，Uhlenhat，Krause，Przibram，Koppanyi，Baker，Guist，Blatt，Kol-mer，Ask，Stone，Anderson等）が両棲類，魚類，二十日鼠，家免，幼鶏等を実験動物としていずれもある程度の解剖学的治癒を認め，時には機能的治癒をも認めて報告している。最近は秋谷氏^1）（1955）が金線蛙を使用して眼球の移植実験を行い，移植眼の瞳孔に光線反射の恢復するのを認めて報告している。

　私も殿様蛙を使用して眼球移植実験を行いいささか知見を得たので報告する。

Removing the eye-ball of a young frog with its surrounding tissue, it was transplanted into the femoral region of other adult frog. After 4 to 5 days, the transplanted eye-ball was illuminated, the pupil of which caused miosis.

Akiya, Trapesontzewa, Koppanyi et al stated that miosis caused by the illumination for the trans-planted eye-ball was a miosis caused by an optic reflex (the normal pupillary ref-lexes to light), but my experiment has not to do with a miosis caused by the optic reflex, as the eye-ball has been transplanted into the femoral region.
