  • Abstract

Operation of the primary glaucoma, especially sclerotomia posterior (Mackenzie) as a prepa-ratory operation, has been ignored practically because of the difficulty of the vitreous drainage and the impossibility of its dosage.

The author has succeeded in leaking out quantitatively the vitreous body with Donaldson's pulp-canal cleaner which is a nerve (pulp)-extractor for dentists.

After a small incision by a Graefe's Knife, a trocar being introduced, and a cleanserholder being rotated by the fingers, vitreous fibres (network) fixed rolling to the cleanser, and vit-reous liquid isolated flowed into the glass syringe.
