緑内障に於ける余の前方排出率（CV％）に就て

On the Prof. Ohashi's Outflow Ratio CV% in Glaucoma

　余は既に本誌7巻，8号及び11号又は今次の日眼総会，緑内障シンポジアム席上等で余の前方排出率CV％と後方排出率VV％に就て述べたが，少しくこゝに補足して説明しようと思う。

　先ず須田氏眼球圧迫試験に於ける下降率Dとの関係は，緑内障眼ではDとCV％，DとVV％，CVとVV％の間にそれぞれ有意の相関が見られた事より，恐らくDは排出路全体の排出率を示すのであつて，CV％は主として前方排出路による前毛様体静脹を介する排出率を示し，VV％は主として渦静脈を介する排出率を示し，CV％，VV％又はその他総ての排出度の合計を示すものがDであろうと思う。このことは己に発表した通りである。

The anterior outflow ratio (CV%) and posterior outflow ratio (VV%) in 50 gr. 10 min. bul-bar compression test were investigated in normal eye and glaucomatous eyes.

CV% of normal eyes were mean-50% but after release of pressure became almost +70%. Because the humor aquous would not outflow through the anterior outlet when CV% was O,this (+) sign has shown the discharge through the vortices veins.

CV% before compression inclined to (-) side in glaucomatous eyes and this sign has shown the abnormal acceleration of outflow pressure and probably seemed to be attributed to the rise of resistence of trabeculae.
