Pas-Ca． Streptomycin併用療法中の結核患者のErythroderma Exfoliativaに先駆した鱗屑性眼炎

Blepharitis squamosa occurred before Dermatitis exfoliativa caused by Pas-Ca and Streptomycin

1．緒言

　Dermatitis Exfoliativaは比較的稀な疾患である，亦，其の成因も明かにされていない。或は薬物の投与によつて，或は中毒によつて起きる事があるとされている。尚，眼の合併症も比較的少い。私共はPas-CaとStreptomycin併用療法中の肺結核患者に先ず鱗屑性瞼炎を生じ，殆んど時期を同うして全身に剥脱性皮膚炎を生じて来た症例に遭遇したので報告する。

Blepharitis squamosa occurred in the patient of tuberculosis during the course of the treatment with Pas-Ca and Streptomycin. Squama of the eyes enlarged all over the face and desquamation of the whole body occurred. This is dermatitis exfoliativa caused by Pas and Streptomycin. Cartisone had a remarkable effect, but it caused urticaria.
