先天性瞼板形成不全症

Aplasia tarsi congenita

　眼瞼欠損症は比較的稀ではあるが，かなり報告されている。私は最近外傷又は手術等を受けた事のない先天性と思考される上眼瞼瞼板の一部欠損，即ち瞼板形成不全の一例に遭遇した。非常に稀らしいものと思われるので報告し度いと思う。
