ヨードピラセトンによる眼窩レントゲン撮影（第2報）

X-ray Photography of orbit by Todopyraction (Ⅱ)

　眼窩腫瘍の診断に際し，その形状，大さをあらかじめ知る事は，治療上極めて有意義であると思い，先に動物を用いて球後レントゲン撮影を行つたが，今回左眼窩痛を訴え，眼球突出と眼球運動障碍を認める患者の球後に造影剤を注入して，レ線撮影を行い，腫瘍像を認め得た一例を経験したので報告する。

Previously, the animal experiments were repotted, now the followiug studies were going to be presented.

The X-ray exam by retrobulbar injection of 12.5cc. 35% Jodopyraceton were done in the cases which have complained of slightexopathalamus and disturbance of bulbar move-ment following orbital pain and migraine after the operation of glaucoma.

The several tumor-pictures were recognized extending from upper region to lateral re-gion. These tumors were extirpated with eye-ball and its histologic finding have revieled Peritheliom. No side effect of opaque substance was proved and much more dose of this agent may be available.
