比較的稀な間歇眼球突出の定型的な1症例を観察したので報告する。
This cases report is made in a 47 year old female farmer in whom intermittent exopht-halmos was observed.
Under the position with her head straight-up, her right eye-ball situated in the orbit 3mm deeper than her left eye ball. On the contrary, when the upper half of her body was kept under the anteflexion position or jugular vein was pressed, her right eye-ball protruded maximally up to 10 mm more than the left one.
The Patient complained of no visual distu-rbance and yet even at the time of exophth-almic condition, no particular complaint was noted except for swelling sensation in the ocular region.
