（15）興味ある組織像を示した眼窩腫瘍の一例

　細網内皮系統の腫瘍については1928年Oberlingが初めてReticulosarcomなる言葉を使用し，Rossle及びRouletは本系統の細胞を細網細胞と内皮細胞に区別し，前者をEndothelに対比せしめる意味でRetothelと呼び，之に由来するものをRetothelsarcomと命名した。其の後本系統に関する研究は蹠をついで現れ，de．Oliveira，Verhagen,Robb-Smith等の研究があり，我国でも長与，緒方，赤崎等の研究をはじめ眼科領域に於ては藤井，田川，田坂，高橋，中島等，最近では倉富により報告されている。又，所謂細網腫については最初Komockiによつて記載され我国では吉田の報告例もあるが，赤崎は本腫瘍が理論的には存在し得るが実在するか否かについては慎重を要すると述べている。最近私は細網肉腫と呼ぶには余りにも経過が長く臨床像も組織像もずつと良性の感じのする，又，炎症と呼ぶにもふさわしくない，興味ある眼窩腫瘍の1例に接したので茲に報告する。

Patient was 53 yr. old male. Since 1949, has noticed a small tumor of right lower eye-lid. Thereafter, the hard tumors, in size of a tip of small finger or thumb, habe been noticedin the lower jaw, left cheek and left orgital region disarrearing spontaneously. In the autumn of 1954, has consulted our clinic complaining of the tumor below the left bulbar conjunctiva. Has and the history of surgical operation for phringeal abcess in March, 1955.

Vision were 0.3 (both).
