眼窩偽腫瘍のCT像と病理組織所見

Computed tomography and histopathological findings in pseudotumors of the orbit

　Orbital pscudotumor 4症例のCT所見およびその病理組織所見について報告した。

　Orbital pseudotumorのCT所見としては，外眼筋の肥厚を示したものが2例，scleral—rimの肥厚を示したものが1例，眼窩後部にhigh density areaを示したものが1例であった。

　病理組織所見では血管炎が1例，リンパ球の浸潤が著明な炎症が1例，非特異的炎症が1例であり，他の1例では採取標本に炎症所見を認めなかった。

　4症例に眼窩減圧術を施行したが，術後，眼球突出および外眼筋の運動障害が改善された。

The CT scan findings of 4 cases of orbital tumor, in which transcranial orbital decompression was performed because of no improvement by medica-tion, were reported.

The first case was a 71-year-old female with exophthalmos, decreased vision and ocular move-ment disturbance of the left eye. CT scan demon-strated an abnormal high density area in the left retrobulbar region with a thickened medial rectal muscle. Specimens were taken from a thickened medial rectal muscle. The histological examination revealed angitis.
