Ⅰ．緒言

　著者らは，最近大脳皮質の星形グリア，小脳のベルグマン細胞の進行性の形態変化とともに，形態変化とは関係なく星形グリアやベルグマン細胞の核内に多数のエオジン好性封入体を認めた興昧ある1例を経験したので報告する。

A female patient aged 66 years began to show involuntary movement of head (to and fro pendulation) at about the age of 40, which aggravated gradually. Loss of memory and puru-ritic skin disease appeared around the age of 60. She was admitted to a hospital at the age of 62 under the diagnoses of cerebral arteriosclerosis, hypertension and pururitus vulgaris. Her clinical course was rather stationary until the age of 65, when general weakness progressed and she died from cerebral hemorrhage 4 years after the admission.
