Introcular movement of Leucomycin

1．緒論

　私は先に抗生物質の眼内移行に関する実験的研究の一端として，ペニシリンの眼内移行について発表したが，この度は新抗生物質ロイコマイシン（以下LM）の眼内移行その他について実験を行つたので報告する。

　LMは秦氏が新放線菌Streptomyces Kitasa-toensis Hataから得た邦製の抗生物質で，性状はErythromycin,Carbomycinに類似しており，その抗菌スペクトルは主として嫌気性菌を含めたグラム陽性菌，グラム陰性菌の一部，スピロヘーク，リケッチア，大型ビールスに及んでいる。

The experiments were done about the movement of Leucomycin into the eye and others. This inpede the developement of penicillin-resist staphylococcus isolated from the eye as well as of penicillin sensitive bacillus. The movement into the anterior chamber by drop were considerably good and it seems to be on account of good surface active character of Leucomycin.
