（38）「レオシリン」その他の眼内移行

Intraocular removal of Leocillin etc.

　「ペニシリン」（以下PC）は筋注されると急速に吸收されて血中に移行し，これがまた腎より速に排泄される性質があり，これがPC療法の一つの障碍となつていた。そこでをPCを長く体内に留め，持続的に作用させようというために従来多くの努力が払われた。これに対して，腎よりPCの排泄を抑制する藥剤として「カロンアマイド」や「ベネミイド」が用いられたり，油臘製剤にして吸收を遷延させたりした。その後PCの「プロカイン」塩が出来，「アルミニウムモノステアレイト」を加え，油に分散して体内での分解吸收を緩徐ならしめる試みがなされ，最近まで遷延度からいえば油性「プロカイン」が一つの頂点であつた。

　ところが「プロカイン」PC，「アルミニウムモノステアレイト」はいずれも外国の特許を必要とするため，これに代るものを我が国で研究中のところ，最近にいたりPCの「ピリミジン」塩が発見され，又新分散剤として「ポリビニルアルコール」や「エチルセルロース」が用いられるようになつた。

Removal into the anterior chamber of three new kinds of penicillin injected intramuscu-larly was measured.

1) Injected 30,000units/kg of penicillin in oil (using polyvinyl-alchol as medium) intramu-scularly in rabbits, the process is the same with in the case using aluminium monostearate.

2) Injected 30,000/kg Bicillin intramuscularly in rabbits, it removes into the anterior cha-mber in the concentration of 0.05units/cc.by 18 hours and since then of under 0.02units/cc.In human eyes, injected it 10,000units/kg or woo units/kg.intramuscularly the concentra-tion is always 0.1 units/cc.below.

3) In the case of injected 30,000 units/cc. of Leocillin intramuscularly, its concentration in the aqueous and the cerebrospinal liquor is less than in the case used Penicillin.

In human eyes, injected 500,000 units of leocillin intram-uscularly, the concentration within 2 hours is 0.02 units/cc. below except in one case.
