涙腺部腫瘍の臨床所見，とくにレ線所見について14例についての検討

緒言

　涙腺部腫瘍は副涙腺や異所性涙腺に発生するまれなものを除くと，眼窩骨に密接して発生するため，骨の変化をきたしやすい。したがつてその診断にさいしては，頭蓋単純レ線撮影を欠くことはできない。しかし現在まで，涙腺部腫瘍における眼窩骨の変化については，良性のものと悪性のものが混同されたり，あるいは悪性腫瘍の骨浸潤による骨破壊像のみが強調されてきたきらいがある^1）〜3）。また涙腺部腫瘍が比較的まれな疾患であるためか，わが国では多数の自験例をまとめた報告はみられず，頭蓋単純レ線写真で異常を認めたものも意外に少ないようである。

　今回著者は涙腺部腫瘍14例の臨床所見，とくに頭蓋単純レ線写真所見を検討し，興味ある知見を得たので報告する。

The present paper reviewed 14 cases of lacri-mal gland tumor, which were diagnosed and treated at Kyushu University Hospital from 1962 through 1973. An attention was paid to the relationship between histopathology of the surgically removed tumors and roentgenogra-phic changes in the orbital bone before the o-peration. Of the 14 cases, eight were bengin mixed tumors and three were malignant mixed tumors. The other three cases were adenocar-cinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, respectively.
