Equidensitometric (EDP) Analysis in Fluorcscein Fundus Angiography

緒言

　螢光眼底造影では，頻回撮影記録装置を利用することによる循環動態の解明のほか，螢光漏出（extravasation）や，microangiographyとして微小循環系の血管構造を把握することがその主な特色となつているが，その定量的解析はほとんど行なわれておらず，コンピューターによる濃度測定も実験的には試みられてはいるものの，まだ実用化の城には達していない。われわれは，EDP（equidensitmetric processing scanning mi—croscope）^1）による螢光像の解析を試みた結果，これにより，眼底組織内の螢光色素を等濃度曲線としてとらえることに成功したのみならず，従来異論の多かつた螢光造影法上の諸問題の解釈に新知見を得ることができた。EDPが螢光造影の新しい日常的な補助方法であることを具体的に例示するとともに，具体的な問題についてのわれわれの解釈を以下に述べたい。

Equidensitometric processing of fluorescein fundus angiograms has been attempted with the use of EDP scanning microscope. The me-thod enabled the quantitative evaluation of theintensity of photographed fluorescence and re-sulted in some interesting findings as follows.

The shape of 'front' of the bolus of the dye in retinal arterioles. Also, the pre sence of 'lateral laminar flow' in retinal arter ioles (Shi-mizu, 1968) was confirmed.
