小児弱視の統計的観察

Statistical Observation on Infantile Amblyopia

はじめに

　弱視とは検眼鏡的に識別し得る眼底異常のない視力低下と定義されるならば，この定義に適合したものの中でもいろいろの型を分類することができる。特にすべての型にわたつて斜視が合併している故に，斜視弱視と他の型との間の鑑別診断は臨床的に重要である。近年弱視についての知識の進歩とともにBangerter （1955）以後の弱視分類も変わつてきたので，今回はBangerterの分類とvon Noorden （1967）の分類とに従つて著者の症例を分類し，弱視治療成績などから若干の検討を加えてみた。

On 78 cases of infantile amblyopia, being 3-14 years old and treated at orthoptic clinic of Mu-nicipal Schonai Hospital, the author performed statistical observations. The results were as follows.

1) According to Bangerter's classification, 55 cases were pure amblyopia, among whom 33 cases having esodeviation, 15 cases exodeviation, 6 cases hyperopia and one case neither squint or hyperopia, and 23 cases were relative am-blyopia, among whom 19 cases having myopia and 4 cases nystagmus.
