未熟白内障の1眼における水晶体融解緑内障兼水晶体起因性ブドウ膜炎

Phacolytic Glaucoma and Lensinduced Uveitis in an Eye with Immature Cataract

緒言

　水晶体融解緑内障は従来過熟白内障において嚢の変性により皮質物質が前房内に遊出して，その際集合する組織球によつて貪食され，これが前房隅角の線維柱網に蓄積・粘着することによつて起こるとされている^1〜6）。

　一方三国・岩田は未熟白内障でもそれを惹起することが稀ながらあることを強調している^7）。

An uneventful intracapsular extraction of intumescent cataract in the righe eye of a 62-year-old female was followed, five months later, by acute signs of inflammation in the left eye with immature cataract. There were foggy sight, ocular hypertension, tongue-shaped corneal turbidity, specky precipitates and poste-rior synechia.

After systemi cacetazolamide and hyperosmo-tic fructose i. v. and after topical corticosteroid and atropine, intracapsular extraction of the lens in the left eye was successfully peformed and the ocular tension was normalized.
