緒言
臨眼25巻719〜723ページに掲載した「眼サルコイドージス（第5報）予後について」の投稿後に観察した15名のサルコイドージス患者を追加して報告する。
A total of 60 cases with established diagno-sis of ocular sarcoidosis have been followedup for periods over one year and averaging 4 years and 2 months.
22 cases improved leaving no residual ocular signs. Further 14 cases improved leaving resi-dual signs. The condition remained stationary in 13 cases. The remaining 11 cases showed progression or recurrences of uveitis and glau-coma.
Blindness resulted in 7 eyes in 5 cases as con-sequences of glaucoma or phthisis due apparent-ly to lack of adequate medical care. Cataract surgery was conducted on 5 eyes in 3 cases and glaucoma surgery on 14 eyes in 9 cases resulting in success.
