眼サルコイドージス（第1報）—総説

STUDIES OF OCULAR LESIONS IN SARCOIDOSIS

緒言

　われわれはこれまでサルコイドージスに関し多くの報告を行なつたが^1）〜9），まだ一般には本症が十分認識されているとはいえず，診断が遅れる場合も少なくない。

　今回は，1969年末までの当教室の症例140例を中心として，眼サルコイドージスの病像などについて検討する。

We experienced 140 cases of sarcoidosis ( 60 males and 83 females) from 1955 until the De-cembr 1969. 45 cases were found in the eye clinic and the others were sent for consultationfrom other clinics. 66 of the latter group were found in mass screening or annual school phy-sical examinations.

Ocular manifestation was seen in 86 cases, i. e., 61%. If 20 cases with histologically not as-certained conjunctival follicles were counted, it goes up to 76%.
