緒言
検診で発見されて眼科に紹介されるサルコイドージス患者が近年増加し，眼病変からみるとそのほかの本症患者との間に著しい差があるので，これをまとめて検討する。
Among our 140 cases of sarcoidosis until the December 1969, 66 were found in mass screening and sent for consultation from other clinics. 46 cases were under 19 years of age. Those are mainly junior high school students found at the annual school physical examinations.
Ocular manifestation was seen in only 25 ca-ses, i. e., 38%. In other 74 cases, 61 (82%) had ocular lesions.
