中心性網膜炎に関する心身医学的研究

A Psychosomatic Investigation of Central Retinitis

緒言

　中心性網膜炎（以下RCと略記）の原因については我が国では結核アレルギー説^1）2）が，欧米では心身医学的な面よりの機能障害説^3）〜6）がその主流をなしている。両者の異同^7）8）については現在不明であるが，両者が近縁のもの^9），或いは同一のもの^10），との報告もみられ，Gass^11）の報告をみても両者はほぼ一致するものの様に思われる。一方本邦の増田病についても加藤^12），松井^13）等は心身医学的調査を行ない，その発病に際し精神的因子が関係するらしいとし，本病を眼心身症として取り扱つている。今回私はCMI,MMPI，ロールシャッハテストを中心に精神身体医学的調査を行ない，心身症発生の素地として重要な意味をもつ神経症的パーソナリィティの有無，精神的ストレスとの関係等につき調査を行なつたのでその概要を報告する。

Eighty-two patients, 63 males and 19 females, were subjected to five types of psychosomatic examinations. The results obtained are as fol-lows ;

1) It was found on CMI that there exist con-siderable indications of neurotic features in those patients.

2) According to MMPI, 'Neurotic triad' was at high level and showed a wave form of 'Psy-chosomatic valley'.

3) The patients showed, by Rorschach test, the stereotypical character in which the emo-tional expression is repressed and solution of any practical problem is immature.
