糖尿病性網膜症の臨床的観察—アドナ（AC−17）の使用経験

Clinical Observation on Diabetic Retinopathy:Therapeutic Attempts with Adona (AC-17)

緒言

　糖尿病性網膜症に種々薬剤を使用し，その効果を観察して，本誌上にもデキストラン硫酸^1），ビタミンB₁B₆B₁₂複合内服剤^2），筋注用ビタミンB₁B₆B₁₂製剤^3），血管拡張剤^4）の使用を報告したが，今回は血管強化作用と止血作用を有するアドナ（AC−17）を使用したのでその結果を報告する。

Twenty-four patients with moderate to severe diabetic retinopathy were treated by Adona (car-bazochrome sodium sulfonate). Patients were given 12 tablets (equivalent to 120mg) daily for periods of 10 to 12 months. In 14 cases, appa-rent improvement in retinopathy set in which consisted of decrease or disappearance of capill-ary microaneurysms, haemorrhagic patches, re-tinal haemorrhage or exudates. No untoward side effects were observed throughout the period.
