糖尿病性網膜症の臨床的観察—筋注用ビタミンB1，B6，B12製剤の使用経験

Clinical Observation on Diabetic Retinopathy:Clinical Experience with Vitamin B1, B6,B12 Compound Injection

I．緒言

　糖尿病性網膜症の臨床的観察と題して，過去3回にわたり本誌上に1）網膜症の頻度^1），2）デキストラン硫酸の使用経験^2），3）ビタミンB₁，B₆，B₁₂複合内服剤の使用経験^3）を報告してきたが，今回は糖尿病性網膜症に筋注用ビタミンB₁，B₆，B₁₂製剤を使用したのでその結果を報告する。

Eighteen patients with diabetic retinopathy were treated by vitamin-B compound injection (Vitamedin intramuscular). Patients were gi-ven one vial (containing : Thiamine monophos-phate disulfide (TPDS) 25 mg, Pyridoxine 25 mg and Hydroxocobalamine 250 μg) every other day for periods of 8 to 12 months. In 10 cases, app-arent improvement in retinopathy set in which consisted of decrease or disappearance of capil-lary microaneurysms, haemorrhagic patches or hard exudates. No untoward side effects were observed during the period of observation.
