眼底出血に対するアドナ（AC−17）の大量投与療法について

Treatment of Ocular Diseases with Massive Dosage Adrenochromazone Derivates (AC-17)

I．緒言

　Adrenochrome剤の血管強化及び止血作用は内外多数の研究者により報告されその使用は近年増加している。従来この種の製剤としてはAdre—nochrome monosemicarbazone （Carbazochr—ome）が使用されているが，本剤は水に難溶性であり，溶解補助剤が添加されていたため，大量投与が不可能であつた。最近水溶性Adrenochro—me誘導体の研究がすすめられ，安定な新合成剤である水溶性化合体アドナ（AC−17）が合成された。本剤はCarbazochrome sodium sulfo—nateで従来のCarbazochromeに比して50倍以上の水溶性を有するものであり，本剤の出現によりAdrenochrome剤の大量投与が可能となつた。

　我々は田辺製薬よリアドナ（AC−17）の提供をうけ各種の眼疾患に使用し好結果を得たので，その成績を報告する。

Massive dosages of AC-17 were administe-red orally to 15 patients with various kinds of ocular diseases. The oral dose amounted from 60 to 150mg daily and it was administered for 20 to 120 days.

The continuous administration of massive doses of AC-17 proved effective for the ab-sorption and the prevention of the vitreous or retinal hemorrhages and the improvement of the visual acuity.
