中心性網膜色素変性症

CENTRAL PIGMENTARY DYSTROPHY

緒言

　網膜色素上皮および網膜の他の組織に炎症々状がなくて，原発性退行変性をきたす網膜疾患をLeber^1）がDegeneratio tapetoretinalisと総括して以来，本症の分類は発症年齢，発症部位，検眼鏡的所見，合併症の有無などにより行なわれてきた。各型間の移行型，合併例の報告も数多くあるが，このうち，中心性網膜色素変性症は黄斑部変性と網膜色素変性症との関係を示唆するものとして，興味あるものである。

The authors describe 2 cases of a central pig-mentary dystrophy.

Case 1 :

A 35-year-old male complained of nausea, headach and metamorphopsia. Ophthalmoscop-ically bilateral papilloedemas, choridal atrophy at the peripapillar region and no macular change were found. After 10 years he developed into a pericentral pigmentary dystrophy and showed bilateral annular scotomas, subnormal E.R.G. and reduced dark adaptation.

Case 2 :

A 22-year-old female,with a decrease in vis-ual acuity from the age of 9, showed a cent-ral pigmentary dystrophy.
