緒言

　Abt-Letterer-Siwe病は細網症に属する疾患で，Lettererが1924年にはじめて報告し，Siweが1933年から1949年にかけてその臨床的特徴および細網細胞の全身的増殖であることを詳細に報告し，また1936年AbtとDonenholzもこれを報告したものである。

　今回われわれは，尿崩症を初発症状とし，眼底にうつ積乳頭および色素の移動を伴う網脈絡膜の変化をきたした症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of Abt-Letterer-Siwe's disease was re-ported on 4 years old male with ascites, hepa-tomegaly and osteolytic change in the Turkish saddle a year later followed by diabetes incipi-dus.

Autopsy in the skin confirmed the diagnosis of this disease. Clinical findings showed the change of pigmentation and depigmentation in the fundus with no inflammatory symptoms and papilledema followed by inflammatory atro-phy. Vision of the both eyes changed from 20/ 40 in the beginning of attack to 20/600 after two years.
