網膜芽細胞腫摘出眼窩内にみられた涙腺貯溜嚢腫の1例

A Retention Cyst of Lacrimal Gland in the Orbit after the Operation of Retinoblastoma

I．緒言

　涙腺嚢腫は，1903年Schmidt^1）により最初に報告されて以来数十例に達するが，まれなものとされている。今回，著者は網膜芽細胞腫にて眼球摘出をうけて，3年後摘出眼眼窩に腫瘍を生じ，網膜芽細胞腫の再発として眼窩内容除去術を施行，組織学的検査の結果，この腫瘍は涙腺の貯溜嚢腫であつたという，稀有な症例を経験したのでここに報告する。

This report deals with a 6-year-old male child which developed a retention cyst of lacrimal gland in the orbit three years after enucleation due to retinoblastoma.

A tumor was found in the orbit a month after plastic surgery of the orbit. It extended backwards with a stalk toward the orbital apex.

Histopathologically, this tumor proved to be a retention cyst of the lacrimal gland, while the stalk extending to the orbital apex was confirmed as a displaced lacrimal gland with normal structure.
