両鼻側半盲を伴つたうつ血乳頭の症例

A Case of Papilledema with Binasal Hemianopsia

I．緒言

　両眼乳頭に浮腫があり，視野には両鼻側半盲を伴つている症例に薬物療法を行なつたところ，諸症状が改善したのを経験したので，ここに報告する。

A 16-year-old woman complained of visual disturbance in both eyes and severe headache of a week's duration. General physical and neu-rologic examinations gave normal findings. The visual acuity of right eye was 0.7 (uncorrect-able) and that of left eye was 0.4 (uncorrect-able). The fundus showed papilledema in her bo-th eyes. At the date of first examination the visual fields showed binasal hemianopsia and the cerebrospinal fluid pressure was 550 mm H₂O. Skull X-rays, carotid angiography and E. E. G. revealed no abnormal findings.
