網膜循環障害時のERDG—Carotid-Cavernous Fistulaの1例

Electro-Retino Dynamo-Graphy in the Circulatory Disturbance of the Retina:A Case of Carotid-Cavernous Fistula

I．緒言

　1967年Henkes＆Usami^1）2）が発表した新しいタイプのSuction-Cup電極を用いるERDGは，網膜循環障害をきたす疾患において，その網膜機能を知る有力な手段である。

　先に著者は網膜静脈血栓症，黄斑変性，動脈硬化症のERDGについて報告した^1）2）3）が，今回Carotid-cavernous fistulaの症例で内頸動脈結紮術施行後にERDGを行ない，興味ある知見を得たのでここに報告する。

The present paper reports a case of carotid-cavernous fistula which was cured by means of the ligation of the internal carotid artery.

Besides routine ophthalmological examinations fluorescein photography and electroretinodyna-mography were conducted.

In the fluorescein photography of the retina following ligation of the internal carotid, the extreme engorgement of the retinal capillaries, tortuosity and dilation of retinal veins were ob-served.
