I．緒言

　網膜における色素線条は，1889年Doyneにより初めて記載された。その後Plage　（1891），Mnapp （1892）らにより"angioid streaks"と命名された。一方皮膚の病変に関しては1884年Balzerにより初めて記載され，のちにParier （1896）により"pseudoxanthoma elasticurnと命名された。しかしこの両者がしばしば合併して見られることから，1929年Grönblad^1）が皮膚科医Strandbergの協力を得て，その後このangioidstreaksとpseudoxanthoma elasticumの合併する症例を"Grönblad-Strandberg's syndrome"と呼ぶようになつた。両者の合併はGrönblad^1）によれば，文献的にangioid streaksの67例中57例（85％）にpseudoxanthoma elasticumを，またScholzは137例中59％に認めたと述べているが，いずれにしてもかなり高率に合併するようである。現在までに多数本症の報告がなされれていて，さほど稀な疾患ではないが，著者らは最近，本症2例を経験し，うち1例は同疾患に両眼の脈絡膜欠損と虹彩欠損，右眼の小眼球症などの眼異常を伴つた比較的稀な例に遭遇したので報告する。

Occurrence of Grönblad-Strandberg's syndrome in two female subjects of 24 and 41 years of age is described.

In the first case there was bilateral coloboma of the iris as well as microphthalmos of the right eye. Besides the classical pseudoxantho-ma elasticum of the skin, angioid streaks and fine granular flecks were observed in the left fundus only.
