出血性眼底疾患に対するAngininの使用経験

Clinical Use with Anginin in Haemorrhagic Disorders of the Fundus

I．まえがき

　1962年，島本，石川両氏らによつて開発されたAngininは，ピリジン誘導体で，キニンによる静脈攣縮を緩解し，その炎症作用に拮抗するといわれる。眼科領域においても，動脈硬化性網膜症，糖尿病性網膜症などで，かなりの効果をみているようである。

　われわれも，本剤を各種出血性眼底疾患に使用したので報告する。

Nine cases with fundus haemorrhages due to retinal angiosclerosis, diabetic retinopathy or thrombosis of retinal vein were treated by per-orally administered Anginin for its antivaso-spastic and antiphlogistic effects. The patients were given 4 to 6 tablets daily, each tablet con-taining 250mg of Anginin or 2, 6-pyridine methanol bis (N-methylcarbamate).

The treatment resulted in accelerated absorp-tion of haemorrhages and in improvement in vision in 8 cases, while the therapy was futile in one case with retinochoroiditis accompanied by periphlebitis of supposedly tuberculous na-ture.
