種々の眼症状を伴つた先天性風疹症候群の1例

One Case with Eye Findings of Congenital Rubella Syndrome

I．緒言

　妊娠初期に風疹に罹患した場合，その母親から生まれる新生児に，種々の奇型を伴うことは，Gregg^2）が1941年にはじめて記載して以来，これまでにも数多くの報告がある。本疾患の病原ウィルスの分離は，1962年Weller,NevaおよびParkmannらのグルーブがおのおの独立して試みており，ほとんど同時期に成功した^3）。

　本邦における眼病変に関する報告は，1960年紺山^1）が最初に行なつているが，著者の渉猟した範囲では，かかる症例はこれまでのところ記載されてない。

The rubella syndrome is well defined and well described syndrome consisting of ocular, cardiac and other abnormalities as a result of exposure of the fetus to the virus in embryonic life.

The purpose of this paper is to describe one case with eye findings of congenital rubella syndrome -bilateral corneal opacity, iris hypo-plasia and unilateral cataract- and to add data on virological and serological study of rubella from the affected infant.
