眼症状を伴つた汎発性ムコール菌症の1剖検例

An autopsy cace of disseminated mucormycosis with ocular involvement

Ⅰ．緒言

　ムコール菌症は，遍在性の雑菌である一種の真菌が，糖尿病等の衰弱性疾患の患者を侵し，重篤な症状を来して，その多くを死亡させる疾患で，最近特に米国に於て増加し，注目されている。我国に於ても，若干報告例はあるが，眼科領域での報告はみられない様である。最近著者等は，バンチ氏症候群，急性肺炎，無顆粒細胞症に続発し，眼筋麻痺，眼球突出，眼内出血等の著しい眼症状を伴つた，汎発性ムコール菌症の一剖検例を経験したので，眼ムコール菌症を中心とした文献的考察を加えて，ここに報告する。

The authors report a case of disseminated-mucormycosis in a 38 years old female, who presented proptosis, ophthalmoplegia, and hy-phema of the right eye in the course of Ba-nti's syndrome, acute pneumonia and agran-ulocyto sis, and died about 78 days later from the on et of ocular symptomes. In the auto-psy, mucormycotic lesions were found in the paranaeal sinus, right eye and orbit, cere-brum, both lungs, endocardium and colon, and in these lesions thromboarteritis and se-condary necrosis were noted.
