若年糖尿病性網膜症と遺伝負荷

Jubenile Diabetic Retinitis and Genetic Factor.

　糖尿病性網膜症とその遺伝的関係については，現在，種々論ぜられて居りますが，今回私共も，当眼科並びに，名大山田内科糖尿病外来を訪れた30歳代迄の，若年糖尿病患者について，その遺伝的関係を2〜3の観点から考察してみました。

　尚，今回血糖は，空腹時血糖は120mg／dlに，120'血糖値は，200mg／dlに基準を置きました。

Studies were made on juvenile diabetic re-tinopathy.

1. In cases of basic type with hyperglyke-mia both at fasting and at 120', the incidence of familial diabetes in female was larger inretinopathy than in non-retinopathy, and the retinopathics occurred more frequently in fa-milial diabetes.

2. The incidence of hyperglycemia both at fasting and at 120' in basic type, was larger in retinopathy than in non-retinopathy in male cases with familial diabetes.

3. The incidence of hyperglykemia only at 120' was large in male cases with familial diabetes, however this incidence was not sig-nificantly high in retinopathics.
