Combined Test of Tonography with Perilimbal Suction Cup Method

　緑内障診断に際してトノグラフィーは，正常値と病的値の分布範囲に重複があり，これに関して従来多くの報告がされている。

　吸盤法は初めRosengren,Ericson等により研究がなされたが，Galinの眼圧回復率（Percentage Press—ure Decay）の測定以来トノグラフィーC値との相関々係から緑内障診断上有意義なものとされる様になつている。

After-effects of standerd suction cup method were analysed by tonography.

Tonography directly after removal of suct-ion cup showed increase of C value in 20 nor-mal eyes, while the same test in 20 glauco-matous eyes resulted in equivocal outcomes. When tonography was performed 15 minutes after removal of suction, both C and P₀/C values were found to have returned to the pre-suction level in 20 normal eyes, while 15 out of 20 glaucomatous eyes were character-ised by significant decrease of C value and by increase of P₀/C as compared with the pre-suc-tion values.
